Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, company name, and payment information when you create an account or contact us. We also collect usage data automatically, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and interaction patterns within the platform. For tenants using our conversational AI services, end-user conversation data is processed on behalf of the tenant and governed by the tenant's own privacy policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide and improve our services, process transactions, send service-related communications, respond to support requests, and analyze platform usage for performance optimization. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Conversation data processed through our AI agents is used solely to deliver the service and is not used to train general-purpose AI models.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, unless otherwise configured for enterprise customers. Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) with 32+ PostgreSQL policies to ensure strict tenant isolation. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.
4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq) to process conversational queries. Data sent to these providers is limited to the conversation context required for response generation. We also use Stripe for payment processing, SendGrid for transactional email, and Cloudflare for CDN and security services. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies (if enabled) help us understand how users interact with our website and platform. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can request a copy of your data, ask us to update inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account and associated data. For GDPR-covered individuals, you also have the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@partython.com.
7. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation data retention periods are configurable per tenant (default: 90 days). After account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
9. Contact Us
If you have questions about this privacy policy or our data practices, contact us at support@partython.com or write to: Partython Private Limited, New Delhi, India.
